Some web or document content can be hard to interpret for the AI (e.g., oddly structured tables or references to images). The recommended solution is to create a separate text document with a list of clear questions & related answers that seem to be challenging for the chatbot. This document can then be uploaded as an additional content source and usually resolves the challenges.
